Short version: Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. But we're human — if something genuinely went wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
All LuneaPMS products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy once a product has been successfully downloaded.
This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which does not require refunds for change-of-mind purchases of digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded.

We're a small team and we care about our customers. If something feels genuinely wrong, please reach out before assuming we won't help — we often can.
If you purchased a bundle (e.g. the Complete Wellness System), refunds apply to the bundle as a whole rather than individual products within it. If only one product in a bundle has an issue, we'll work to resolve that specific issue — including providing a replacement file if needed.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian law regardless of our policy. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.
