After purchase, you'll receive a link to duplicate the dashboard into your own free Notion account. From there, you can log symptoms, pain scores, energy levels, supplement adherence, and cycle data daily. After approximately 14 consecutive entries, the Pattern Insights view surfaces meaningful correlations — your personal onset day, your highest-impact trigger, and your optimal supplement timing.
